David is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of our Medical Monitoring division. No one knows Guardian like David. Over the past 25 years, he’s worked as General Manager, West Michigan Branch Manager, Med Mon Account Executive, and in commercial sales for both Guardian Alarm and Medical Monitoring.
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Steve has been in Medical Sales for over 25 years, and he uses that experience to wear a lot of hats at Guardian. Steve manages the Account Executives and Inside Sales, oversees all the Dealer Accounts, and guides the expansion of Medical Monitoring into new territories.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jen is known as the “promise keeper” at Guardian, helping make every customer’s experience live up to our highest standards. She oversees Customer Care, Installation Support, Field Tech, and Bill to Collect functions and teams to ensure accomplish and profitable performance.
Joey is the friendly face of Guardian Med Mon. She and her team help guide the installation, walkthroughs, and 24/7 product support for our customers. Most importantly, she helps every senior feel safe, confident, and supported by joining the Guardian Medical Monitoring family.
SUPERVISOR OF CUSTOMER CARE
Marion supervises and mentors to top level of the customer experience, ensuring the high volume Customer Care Department meets the needs of our customers every day! She has oversight over the call center, processing of incoming referrals, scheduling for in-home installation and service needs.
INSTALLATION SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
Gigi utilizes her 20 years of experience within monitoring to ensure the Installation Support Team and Field Technicians are up to date on the latest processes and technology as they guide our end-users through a simple activation or in-home installation.

Our Medical Monitoring Sales Team goes far beyond sales — they work hand in hand with our internal teams to give every customer the best experience possible. Whether it’s hospitals, home health care companies, independent living communities, or individuals, they set every client up with the perfect device for their needs and deliver personalized support to go with it.
INSTALLATION SUPPORT TEAM
The Installation Support Team is how Guardian brings together tech with the personal touch. They’re there to install, maintain and upgrade the medical systems, instruct customers on how to use them, and instill a sense of safety and well-being for our clients and their loved ones.
